Anastacia, el disco, contiene 12 nuevos temas, cuyo primer sencillo es Left outside alone. Una composición épica y guitarrera. La neoyorquina se decanta por el rock, algo que queda bien patente en el tema I do, en la que realiza un dueto con Sonny, el cantante de la banda californiana de nu metal P.O.D.

Anastacia es su álbum más personal, el más maduro y honesto, en el que se reflejan las experiencias vividas. Anastacia no sólo se ha curtido como vocalista, sino también como letrista y compositora.
