Tras seis años sin editar un nuevo disco, Bryan Adams regresa con Room Service. Su título hace referencia al hecho que las canciones del mismo fueron compuestas en diferentes hoteles de todo el mundo durante sus muchas giras.

Mas concretamente los hoteles españoles fueron en Barcelona, Hotel Arts 20/02/03 y, en Madrid Hotel Villamagna el 24/02/03, coincidiendo con sus últimos conciertos en España.

Como primer single de este disco, Open Road, un tema que recuerda al Bryan Adams de su primera época, lleno de energía y con un estribillo contundente.
