Ted: "'Perfect man' es una canción sobre el perdón hacia uno mismo. A lo largo de mi vida, me he exigido cumplir con estándares totalmente irreales, y sigo haciéndolo la mayoría de los días. He sido demasiado duro conmigo mismo en mi papel de pareja y de padre, así como al asumir la responsabilidad que conlleva saber que hay personas que dependen de mí y me ven como un referente.
Siento que, en los tiempos que corren, todo el mundo en las redes sociales tiende a mostrar su mejor cara. Todos parecen tener el cuerpo y la vida perfectos, y seguimos alimentando la idea de que no somos suficientes, en lugar de simplemente esforzarnos por ser honestos y vulnerables.
