Las Dixie Chicks se llevarón 5 premios en la 49 edición de los Grammy, en una gala que se celebró ayer noche en el Staples Center de Los Angeles: Álbum, canción y grabación del año, álbum country e interpretación vocal dúo o grupo country.

Con 4 premios se quedaron Red Hot chili Peppers, y con 3 la artista más nominada, Mary J. Blige que partía con 9 opciones. Entre los máximos ganadores de la noche Justin Timberlake, Gnarls Barkley, John Legend, Bob Dylan, Ludacris y Tony Bennett.

Entre los favoritos que se quedaron sin premio, Prince y James Blunt, nominados en 5 categorías.
