Demons es el primer single y el tema de apertura, del cuarto álbum de James Morrison, Higher than here (2015).
Una canción uptempo que habla de hacer frente a las vocecillas mentales que todos tenemos y tratan de deprimirnos. Con un sorprendente estribillo en tonosaltos, teniendo en cuenta la usual voz grave del autor.
"Me gusta el hecho de que todos tenemos cosas que no nos gustan de nosotros mismos sea algo universal, creo que admitirlo abiertamente es positivo. Espero que ayude a la gente a pensar que no es malo sentirse mal por esta causa a veces".
Con un videoclip dirigido por Greg & Lio, estrenado el 10 de septiembre de 2015.
