Jessie comentó: "'Ride' fue la primera canción que compuse para este disco. La hice en 2024 con mi mejor amigo Jack Peñate y Karma Kid, que colaboran en todo el álbum. Es un tema para clubs, para la pista de baile: divertida, cinematográfica, descarada y potente. La interpreté por primera vez en el NYC Downlow de Glastonbury después de encabezar el escenario West Holts, y he esperado dos años para lanzarla por fin.
