Porch light es la undécima pista y el segundo avance del álbum The great divide de Noah Kahan (2026). Compuesta por Kahan junto a Aaron Dessner (Taylor Swift, Bon Iver) en su primera sesión de trabajo, producida por Kahan, Dessner, y Gabe Simon (Dua Lipa, Lana Del Rey, Koe Wetzel). Se grabó en el estudio de Dessner, Long Pond en Hudson, NY y en los estudios Gold Pacific de Nashville.
Se inspira en la carga emocional que Kahan considera se creó en su familia al abrir sus vidas en canal a través de la narrativa de las letras de 'Stick season'. En el tema adopta la perspectiva materna cuando canta: "Espero que me digas que estás bajando el ritmo / Que has perdido las ganas de dar la cara ante el público / Que lo que te ha hecho famoso te ha enfermado / Que solo puedes hacer lo que el dolor te permite / Que no depende de ti salir adelante / Y que no hay que avergonzarse si hay que decidir parar".
