Zombie es la cuarta pista y el tercer adelanto del álbum Idols de Yungblud (2025). Lanzamiento y estreno del video oficial dirigido por Charlie Sarsfield en el que participa Florence Pugh el 30 de mayo de 2025.
Yungblud explicó: "La canción fue escrita inicialmente sobre mi abuela pasando por graves lesiones y traumas, lo que la llevó a convertirse en una persona diferente a la que era antes. Se trata de la sensación de deterioro y fealdad; Aislarnos del mundo y de las personas que amamos por miedo a convertirnos en una carga o una vergüenza". Y añadió: "Todos queremos que alguien o algo nos consuele, sin importar cómo estemos ahora o en quién nos convirtamos en el futuro. Pero es jodidamente aterrador".
