Pontius pilate's home movies es el segundo corte y tercer anticipo del álbum Continue as a guest de The new pornographers (2023).
"Líricamente, es en gran medida una historia de corriente de conciencia sobre la enfermedad de las redes sociales y la cultura en línea", dijo A.C. Newman de New Pornographers en un comunicado. "El narrador al que solo le gusta el arte cuando cambia de tema, sumido en el ensueño, pensando que es una entrada, y la idea de Poncio Pilatos entreteniendo a sus amigos con películas caseras de la crucifixión (¿qué más estaría mostrando?
